When fifteen year-old Sophia survives a fatal car accident leaving her an orphan, and with a battle of faith against God, she manages to find a way forward and build a new family with husband Greg and son Daniel. The tragic death of Daniel throws Sophia into a spiral decay. 'To lose two families in one life time, is unbearable.' Her loved ones try to help her move on, but when Daniel amongst others, start to visit, Sophia begins to distort what is real. When her desperateness, hope and imagination begin to merge, strange things happen, pushing Sophia to open The Green Door and discover what faith, and love ultimately mean to her.
