International Delegations
Who: Provide Australian producers - who have experience with official co-productions (or completed content at a comparable scale of budget) and whose work has received international traction - with the opportunity to travel to and meet with their Canadian equivalents, with the aim to encourage early-stage creative connections between screen producers from Australia and Canada and foster meaningful partnerships and relationships for official co-productions made under the Australia-Canada treaty.
What: Up to 6 applicants will be supported for up to AUD$6000 for travel to and accommodation in Toronto, to participate in Screen Australia and Ontario Creates Co-Production Day on 6 September 2024.
Who: Support to provide Australian screen creatives who have a high level of recent international success with the skills, knowledge, access, and relationships necessary to succeed in the global market.
What: Up to six delegates will be selected to participate in the Talent Gateway program of roundtables, master-classes, introductions with key US based screen decision makers, and individualised 1:1 mentorships. Each delegate will receive grants of up to $20,000 to enable them to take part in the program and to help develop the projects on their slate which gain traction.
Who: Provide screen creatives who have a high level of recent success in their field with international knowledge, skills and relationships to enhance their careers.
What: Up to eight delegates will be selected to travel to the Australian International Screen Forum in New York which runs from Monday 24 to Friday 28 March 2025. Delegates will attend a program of industry roundtables, panel discussions, matched mentoring sessions, pitch training, strategic consultations and introductions to and advice from a selection of influential New York based screen professionals.
Who: Provide screen creatives (creator, or producer, or writer) who have a high level of recent success and some traction in the UK with international knowledge, interest, investment, and relationships for their Australian scripted IP.
What: Up to 10 applicants will be supported for up to AUD$6000 for travel to Content London and provided with a registration pass to attend.
Who: Support to provide Australia’s leading producers the skills, knowledge, access, and relationships necessary to succeed in the global market, and to attract foreign investment and marketplace partnerships for Australian scripted content.
What: Up to six production companies / producers will be selected to participate in the development lab of roundtables and master-classes with key US based screen decision makers, and individualised 1:1 mentorships. Each delegate will receive grants of up to $60,000 to enable them to take part in the program and to help develop the scripted projects on their slate which gain traction.
