Living cheek by jowl with Melbourne's trendy latte society, Adass have transplanted the European Jewish villages of their ancestors, who were almost entirely wiped out in the Nazi Holocaust, Down Under. Today, they have created a cradle-to-grave society, and are almost entirely self-sufficient – they even have their own ambulance service.
