The Screen Guide

Follows the experiences of 5 teenagers undertaking a world first experiment - their school has introduced Positive Education, a controversial new approach to education designed to help children develop ways of becoming happier, more resilient people. By working through a series of practical exercises embedded in their daily routine, students are asked to modify negative self-talk and practically apply compassion, forgiveness and gratitude in their interactions with one another. But can children learn optimism in the same way they learn reading, writing and arithmetic?
