A fully animated digital-first short form factual documentary series that brings to life some of Australia’s most intriguing true crime stories - this is unpredictable world of ‘The Twist’. Each episode tells a single, impeccably researched Australia true crime story. The stories in the series will include only stories which will leave the audience with an unexpected twist, something that will leave the audience stunned by the turn of events. Episodes are led by narration and structured to ensure red-herring filled, unfolding narratives that build to a final hero twist. Viewers are enticed into playing the role of armchair detective and the narrative structure ensures that they keep guessing to the very end.
