The Screen Guide

A charcoal animation with a simple narrative about a girl who is drawing at the beach. She is introduced to a boy through the annoying behaviour of his dog. They meet again in a cafe. She is in two minds about him. The next time she is at the beach she witnesses the boy introduced to another girl through the same circumstances (ie. the boy's overzealous dog). She feels disappointment and then strength and solitude. We are all ultimately alone in this world!
