The Screen Guide

We experience the warmth and humour of an Australian Indigenous family from Moora - the Warrells, and become friends with them. Woven in between their love for family and their fight to retain their culture, we hear their tragic childhood memories of being taken from their families and raised with cruelty in an Aboriginal mission. Taking them back to the Benedictine mission reveals that on its new walls as a museum their personal stories are at best whitewashed, at worst, completely absent.
