Flower is a 7 year old curious and independent girl whose best friend is Flour, a walking, purring bag of flour that acts exactly like a cat. They live in the bustling heart of an urban neighbourhood. A big multicultural melting pot of sights, sounds, tastes and beliefs. Their home is Dirk’s Dumpling House, a much loved local family restaurant run by Flower’s parents, Austrian Chef Dirk and Chinese Restaurant Manager Penny. Flower may be an only child but she’s never lonely. While mum and dad are busy working, Flower and Flour embark on countless adventures around the neighbourhood, discovering, problem- solving, and experimenting alongside a cast of neighbourhood friends.
