From the world's most isolated city, Perth, Western Australia, to the world's most populated country, China, Australia's richest woman, Janet Holmes a Court, travels with the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra for a two week tour in May 2006. This is the first time the WASO has toured internationally for 23 years. Supported by the State Government of Western Australia and the North West Shelf Venture Australia, she takes one of Australia's premier orchestras to the people and businesses of China.
