Edward King is a young filmmaker with a long-standing interest in film and the arts. His directorial debut ‘Is This The Life We Really Want?’, a music video based on the song of the same name by Roger Waters, won the best short film award at the AGSA Monstrous Neo Young Filmmakers Competition. In 2021 he created the short animation ‘Sisyphus’ which went on to be nominated for the Rouben Mamoulian Award for Best Director and the Yoram Gross Animation Award at the 2022 Sydney Film Festival. Edward is currently studying Bachelor of Creative Arts (Screen) at Flinders University.
