The story of Abib, the naughty little donkey who was chosen to undertake the most important task any animal has performed in all history. Abib lived 2000 years ago in Nazareth, where he was purchased by a young carpenter called Joseph, who needed Abib to carry his pregnant wife, Mary to Bethlehem. Abib started out a wisecracking youngster but by the end of the journey, he had matured into a strong, courageous donkey.
