Adapted from Guy de Maupassant's eponymous short story and counterpoised with several other texts from the writings of Susan Sontag, Michel Foucault and Maupassant's personal correspondence. The text takes the form of a diary, written from the point-of-view of a first-person narrator who gradually chronicles his descent into a state of uncertainty and possible madness. WILDFISH is a series of programs about fishing in Australia and New Zealand. The programs are presented by Peter Morse, a well known angler and fishing journalist who introduces some of his favourite fishing locations, local identities and the fish that make these areas so special and uniquely Australian.
