Compulsory Entertainment is a dark, surreal sketch series by Sydney comedians Eric Hutton and Sam Campbell. With a tone akin to waking from a strange dream, Compulsory Entertainment takes a good look at the inherent strangeness underpinning show business, corporate arrangements, interactions with technology, and the unique apathy that Australians use to deal with it. It also incorporates an aesthetic derived from the practical effects and make-up of low budget horror movies. It embodies a kind of humour that is unavailable on mainstream networks but beloved by many a ‘not-quite-right’ Australian citizen - forcing them to dive into the dark corners of YouTube for their comedy needs - which is exactly why this series will be available there!
‘The World’s Best Film’ is an anthology documentary about 13 individuals striving to be the world’s best at their passions.
