LITTLE LUNCH is a 26 x 15 mockumentary comedy series that takes place during fifteen highly significant minutes of a child’s life; that of snack time in the primary school playground. Adapted from the popular books written by Danny Katz and illustrated by Mitch Vane, LITTLE LUNCH has become a vibrant and truthful character comedy for the small screen. Each self-contained episode revolves around, and is told by, six diverse and distinctly identifiable children. LITTLE LUNCH tackles the big issues in the playground and uses observational humour to explore themes which govern children: fear, anxiety, friendship, loyalty, trust and abandonment. Although original in concept, the show is effortlessly universal. LITTLE LUNCH is an eminently relatable comedy with heart.
Each episode of the four part series will look to solve a problem that spirals into a comedic adventure.
SQUINTERS is a 6 x half hour narrative comedy series that celebrates the mundane ritual that is the work commute. The show follows a group of unrelated workers stuck in their cars each morning and afternoon as they crawl along the M4 with the sun in their eyes.
