There are 9 meeting tables available.
- Some tables have 3 chairs, some 4. See diagram below. For bigger meetings, book the adjacent table.
- Bookings are in 30 min slots.
- Each delegate can book up to 6 slots a day, subject to availability.
- When your booking is confirmed you will get an automated email, and it will appear in the daily booking schedules available here: Mon | Tue | Wed | Thu

Monday 21 October | 9:00am > 6:30pm | Last booking time at 6:00pm
Tuesday 22 October | 9:00am > 4:30pm | Last booking time at 4:00pm
Wednesday 23 October | 9:00am > 6:30pm | Last booking time at 6:00pm
Thursday 24 October | 9:00am > 2:00pm | Last booking time at 1:30pm
