The Screen Guide

For the last 15 years the Yellow House Jalalabad has been a thriving centre for arts education and all arts production. The re-taking of Afghanistan by the Taliban our creative community is threatened. For now the Yellow House Jalalabad has been relocated to Peshawar in the Tribal Belt of Pakistan. We have called this Yellow House in exile the 'Yellow Submarine' as it will be a sanctuary for our creative community to escape to until it is possible to relocate back to Jalalabad. The YHJ pioneered dramatic social changes from the ridged Islamicist days when the Taliban ruled. The Taliban are now saying they have reformed. The crew of the YSTT will test this announcement to the limit.
