Wilson da Silva is journalist, editor and filmmaker best known for his work in science, technology and innovation. His work has been recognised with a number of accolades, including the AFI Award for Best Documentary (2000), the Human Rights Media Award (1997) and two Editor of the Year trophies (2005, 2006), and his stories appear in "The Best Australian Science Writing" anthologies of 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2020. A long-time editor of COSMOS, the science magazine he co-founded (2005-13), he's been a reporter/producer for Australia’s ABC TV and served as a foreign correspondent for Reuters.
