Top US showrunner Javier Grillo-Marxuach in conversation with Joanna Werner

We're proud to partner with Werner Film Productions (WFP) to present Emmy Award-winning writer, producer, content creator and showrunner Javier Grillo-Marxuach (Lost, The 100, Xena) for an In Conversation event with WFP founder and multi-award winning producer Joanna Werner (Dance Academy, Ready for This, Secret City).

Javier will be in Australia for an intensive writers’ room workshop to further develop The Story Lab project Hereafter, created by Giula Sandler (Glitch) and David Hannam (Carlotta). Funded by Screen Australia’s Enterprise Stories program, The Story Lab is an initiative of WFP that received close to 500 original television concept submissions, with Hereafter selected for the final stages.
